Distribution & Direct Booking:

 Housekeeping/Linens

Our cleaning service is top notch. We are so concerned about the cleanliness of your Vacation Rental. Our cleaning services typically include the entire interior of the Vacation Rental plus outdoor gathering spaces such as a firepit. We wipe down every surface, vacuum or mop every floor, haul out all trash, and leave the place looking brand new every time.

 

Laundry services at J&J Hospitality are also incredible. We make sure guests have the freshest sheets and the whitest towels.  We own and manage  all linens in our portfolio.   In between each guest group, we wash all bedding, towels, and any other linens that your vacation rental may provide.

Maintenance and Operations:

Your property is taken care of by the best, all vetted and screened by us. Inspections and regular maintenance are provided, and we use digital toolsets to track cleanliness, maintenance requests, and restock essential products. We send out monthly maintenance reports detailing the tasks completed on your property, and we will reach out to you in case of emergency situations.

Hospitality & On-Call Services:

We pride ourselves in having great relationships with all of our guests. From the moment someone looks at your listing to the time they check out from your rental, we’re there through it all. With a response rate on all booking platforms of 100% within 24 hours, we make sure that no question goes unanswered and no concern goes unresolved. As soon as a guest books your listing, they will have access to our team via phone, text, or booking platforms every step of the way.

 

If there is any problem that a guest is having at your property, we’ll be there right away to fix it! Any time of the day or night our team will be available while your guests are staying at your rental. If a problem arises – such as a toilet overflow or a request for extra towels, we will handle it.

Josie and Alisha are the best interior designers here in the Black Hills.  Their focus is on giving your property a unique look and because they are apart of the team we’re able to stay within your budget. When your property stands out from the rest, it will generate significantly higher revenue and provide an amazing experience for guests. Our professional photographer will make your property stand out and give guests a great first impression when deciding which property to book for their trip.

 

In order to list your property at the highest price possible, we will gladly advise on the design of your home. We know what works and what makes guests happy, and we can tell you exactly how much it will cost to upgrade towels, or to add an amenity to help you stand out. We are even able to order and deliver furniture to your Airbnb if you are doing a full remodel. We are here to help you get the most out of your investment every step of the way!
