Our Story & Team
When we got married, we had big plans and dreams like most young couples. But life threw some curve balls at us, and after one too many job changes, some unexpected bills, and not enough money to raise a family, we said, “that’s it!” We decided to try our hand at earning some extra money by renting our home on Airbnb.
We got to work renovating our space, bought some extra furniture, and moved into our unfinished basement. We were hopeful that we could make a couple hundred dollars, but we were blown away by our success!
We’ve learned a lot about the business through our personal experience (both mistakes and victories). We now are Vacation Rental Management experts serving the Black Hills of South Dakota and the Phoenix Arizona area.

Meet the Team
Jordan Hirschfeld
Founder/Vacation Rental Advisor/Licensed Real Estate Agent
I specialize in analytics, listing optimization, and labor management. I don’t know much about throw pillows, but give me some time and I can whip up some graphs and statistics like you wouldn’t believe! You’ll be working with me to help price your rental throughout the year as well as figuring out potential profits and expense margins.
Josie Hirschfeld
Head Designer
Forget numbers – I’d much rather work with color palettes and textiles! I also make sure that our photos for your listing are as good as they can be so we can effectively stand out from the crowd!

At J&J Hospitality the sale is never complete. We are only successful when a relationship is formed around the consistent performance of a vacation rental property. Every detail of the guest experience must always be in focus. Jeff makes it his mission to help provide that 5 star experience in all of our properties.

I handle bookkeeping tasks such as the data entry of receipts and invoices, as well as monitoring expenses and reimbursements. I assist in the making of monthly statement reports, payrolls, and other financial reports
